Returns and Exchanges

Please contact honeyandbirch.geelong@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase for all returns and exchanges. Please note all items must be in original packaging and condition with tags still on. Return postage is at the customers expense unless products are damaged or faulty. No refunds for 'change of mind'. Sale items are not eligible to be returned for refund, credit or exchange.

Full refunds will only be provided if goods are received in original condition within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to offer store credit or exchanges for returns received after 14 days. Please note we will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days unless the item is deemed faulty.
